Sonoma County welcomes three new hotels this fall that are a great option for future groups from 10 to 200. Timber Cove Resort opened earlier this month and has witnessed a complete transformation. It’s 46 guest rooms feature breath taking views of Sonoma County’s rugged pacific coastline or pristine forest. It’s an ideal venue for an incentive program, board of directors meeting, or company retreat and features event space that can accommodate up to 120 attendees.
Hotel Petaluma, which originally opened in 1924 with a mix of Spanish Revival and Art Deco architecture is being carefully restored to its original grandeur and enhanced with modern hotel amenities. Renovations began in early 2015 and continue. Most of the public spaces including the grand ballroom are fully restored with their period architecture, exquisite lighting and new boutique style. The first phase of renovated guest rooms will open in September. A group of 50 works well for this hotel and your attendees will enjoy this historic hotel.
Graton Resort is expected to open in November and is an addition to its current casino. It will feature 200 luxury guestrooms designed with a “California Casual” elegance. The hotel will also feature a 20,000 square feet ballroom that is one of the largest in the county.
