From Christmas to Chanukah to New Year's Eve, there are all sorts of holiday happenings in Sonoma County to get you in the festive mood.

For that hometown flavor, go to a tree lighting or holiday parade. Take in a holiday performance, concert, or see one of several renditions of The Nutcracker. Stock up on artist- and artisan-made gifts found in many craft fairs around the area. Check out events at area wineries. Visit a tree farm to get a freshly cut Christmas tree.
