We are pleased to host a select number of corporate and private events at our winery located in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Our winery has welcomed leadership of international relief organizations, senior academics, corporate meetings, and intimate celebrations with family and friends.

The Lynmar Winery Hospitality Center welcomes guests into a salon environment where every view orients you to our Quail Hill Vineyard, the heart of Lynmar wines. The Hospitality Center offers the ideal setting to stimulate fresh ideas or celebrate with friends. Call on the expertise of the Lynmar Winery team to create a memorable occasion at our facility with our limited-production, ultra-premium wines.

Amenities: Visitors to Lynmar will experience epic vistas of the Laguna de Santa Rosa Watershed and the Russian River Valley. Rolling hillsides are dotted with bright orange California Poppies, and more than 200 species of birds flock to this vibrant sanctuary including two symbols of our national pride, a pair of bald eagles, that have made the lively Lynmar ecosystem their home. It only seems fitting that the regal birds would choose to nest and spread their wings on land cultivated by a team with the noble intention of creating a holistic ecosystem. The property features a seed barn and horticultural center, greenhouse, redwood groves and a state-of-the-art winery. The organic gardens produce a variety of fruits and vegetables, including fava beans, leeks, eight types of garlic, more than 100 different heirloom tomato varieties, golden beets, lettuces, white sage, blueberries, chamomile, red celery and baby Alpine strawberries, all of which are used in the winery's professional kitchen. This kitchen is the playground for Lynmar's Executive Chef Sandra Simile to create recipes that complement its wines, all with the aim of eliciting both the complexity and the intricacy of the food and wine flavors. The guest house, which is open to the public for rental, is aptly named The Bliss House, with its moniker both reflecting the surname of the original owners and paying homage to an enclave of pure serenity in the middle of the Russian River Valley. Please call the winery for rates and availability. Those fortunate enough to be invited past the vineyards will find themselves at The Summit, an open space perched above the vineyards, surrounded by Acacia, Eucalyptus, Cherry, Madrone, Douglas Fir and Oak trees. Years ago the Pomo people who lived here likely found this a spiritual and meditative place. It is certainly so today.

The new Panini and Pinot Pairing celebrates the chill in the air and the approach of winter. For the season, we move our pairings indoors where you will be seated in a cozy spot by the fireplace. In a nod to the season, Chef Sandra Simile has prepared a menu of comfort food to be served family style and enjoyed with friends. The locovore meal will feature warm-roasted vegetables and a Panini made from artisan bread sourced from Beths Nightingale Bakery in Forestville, local meats and cheeses. These will be paired with the 2007 and 2008 Russian River Valley Pinot Noirs, which are perfect examples of vintage variation in this appellation.
