North Bay Residents: Bring your meeting to Sonoma County and you could win big!

The Sonoma County Tourism Bureau wants to help you bring your group's next overnight meeting to wine country, and we'll provide free services to make it happen.

Here's how to do it:

1. Identify the decision maker at an organization that has overnight meetings. Examples of organizations are professional groups, religious groups, social clubs, service and fraternal organizations and any other group that hold an overnight meeting, retreat or conference.
2. Fill out the form below with the contact information for the group
3. We will contact the organization (or you if you are the organizer) and send your proposal to qualified venues in Sonoma County, for free! (We do all the leg-work, you get all the thanks from your group!)
4. If the meeting books, you win! Congratulations, you're the next Meeting Idol!

What does the Meeting Idol win?

The Sonoma County Tourism Bureau will give Meeting Idol winners an office lunch party, welcome amenities for VIPs to the meeting, plus the chance to get a $4,000 incentive for your meeting.

Yes, up to $4,000. Qualified meetings that book through Sonoma County Tourism Bureau receive a cash payment to the hotel master account of $1000 - $4000 depending on how many rooms are booked for the meeting.
