Meeting Incentive Program

The Sonoma County Incentive Program offers meeting and group tour planners a money incentive to book business in Sonoma County.

FOR A LIMITED TIME WE'RE OFFERING AN INCREASED INCENTIVE for groups booked and actualized between November 1, 2011 and April 30, 2012.

• $1,500  for 50-100 actualized rooms
• $3,000  for 101-200 actualized rooms
• $4,000  for 201-300 actualized rooms
• $5,000  for 301+ actualized rooms

Meeting Planners who plan a meeting in Sonoma County receive a cash payment to the hotel master account of:

• $1,000  for 50-100 actualized rooms
• $2,000  for 101-200 actualized rooms
• $3,000  for 201-300 actualized rooms
• $4,000  for 301+ actualized rooms

Eligibility is based upon new proposals, originated by the Sonoma County Tourism Bureau for distribution to multiple properties booked for one or more nights Sunday through Thursday. Cash incentives are paid to the master account within 10 days of the group arrival. Groups must actualize prior to December 31, 2012.

The SCTB reserves the right to end the incentive program at any time.
