With the book just released, SHED is thrilled to have Ali return and present it in a workshop and tasting. The ticket fee includes a copy of the 270-page book, beautifully illustrated by a comic book illustrator with photographs by a National Geographic photographer. For everyone from home cooks to professionals, the book explains the science behind your favorite dishes, regardless of style or skill level. It simplifies, connects the dots between techniques, and strips them down to a couple of basic patterns. In the workshop, Ali will present the book and answer any questions you have about your own cooking projects. The evening will finish with a book signing and reception with small bites from the SHED kitchen.
