Cuisine Description: Our approach to food is "Farm to Table", using the freshest, seasonal offerings the county has to offer. In addition to our 3 gardens on the property, we have apple, quince, peach and pear trees as well as 80 fig and over 250 olive trees. We also grow our own micro greens for use on the restaurant menu.
