Father and son proprietors Juan Luis and Jose Navarro bring a taste of Peru and their traditional family recipes to offer some tasty Peruvian cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner, every dish at Sazón is appetizing and each bite leaves you with wanting more. There are also vegetarian plates available, as well as some traditional Peruvian desserts.

Papa a la Huancaína
Yukon gold potato with ají amarillo-feta cheese sauce on butter lettuce; with hard-boiled egg and olive

Empanadas Peruanas
Crispy (2) turnovers with your choice of filling: (chicken stew, beef picadillo or pork adobo)
Served with salsa criolla, olive and huacatay sauce

Pulled chicken stew in a ají amarillo cream sauce, Yukon gold potato, hard-boiled egg,
walnuts on top, served with steamed rice

½ (Half) Adobo Sandwich
Braised pork stew, marinated with “Chicha de Jora” and Peruvian beer and peppers. Served with soft roll bread,
camote frito and salsa criolla

Plantain crusted tilapia tacos, avocado slices, salsa fresca, Huancaína sauce

Halibut ceviche sashimi style over a house made Leche de Tigre, ají Amarillo sauce served with camote and corn

Grilled scallops, quinoa salad (bell peppers, carrots, peas) salsa criolla and Huacatay sauce
