Cuisine Description: Chef Rick Vargas creates fresh Italian pastas & country French entreés. Vargas studied in Paris and has earned the French cuisine title of sauciér; Rick has worked for the likes of Wolfgang Puck in that position. His passion for perfection is found in our housemade organic pasta made with local Petaluma organic eggs and truly intense California gourmet cheeses; Country French specialities are also found in his menu, which changes daily.
Meekk is our 2nd chef and brings Mediterranean foods - house made pita is made with organic flour, California honey and fresh milk. Tremendous vegetarian selection. Soups are one of our trade secrets.
Super house made desserts plus local Sebastopol favorites. Our coffee is now direct imported from El Salvador then roasted in Petaluma.
