Healdsburg Center for the Arts is the supporting venue for this year’s annual global event for 100 Thousand Poets for Change, a grassroots organization that brings communities together to call for environmental, social, and political change within the framework of peace and sustainability.
Eleven writers gather to raise their voices during the seventh annual world-wide, simultaneous 100 Thousand Poets for Change. Featured will be Mike Tuggle reading from his new collection of works. Also reading: Penelope La Montagne, Jackie Huss, Cynthia Helen Beecher, Mark Eckert, Bart Rawlinson, Timothy Williams, Gervacio Peña Lopez, and three emerging poets: Vince Martellacci, Rachelle Boyson, Mackenzie Brown and singer songwriter Sarah Baker on piano and Timothy Williams on guitar.
