Chef's Table Series with Chef Mateo Granados at Lambert Bridge Winery

Join Lambert Bridge Winery for the July installment of its 2017 Chef’s Table Series, an intimate food and wine pairing experience presented by a rotating schedule of top Sonoma County chefs. Each chef will offer their own interpretation of seasonally-inspired cuisine using locally-grown ingredients to complement a selection of Lambert Bridge wines.
Chef Mateo Granados, the Chef/Owner of Healdsburg’s Mateo’s Cocina will be cooking July 14-16. Yucatán-born Chef Granados is praised for his signature cuisine that showcases local and sustainable Sonoma ingredients infused with the vibrant regional flavors of his homeland.
Held in the winery’s private cellar and hosted by a Lambert Bridge wine educator, the Chef’s Table food and wine experience offers two seatings at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and takes approximately two hours.
