Chef's Table Series with Chef Mateo Granados at Lambert Bridge Winery
Join Lambert Bridge Winery for the May installment of its 2017 Chef’s Table Series, an intimate food and wine pairing experience presented by a rotating schedule of top Sonoma County chefs. Each chef will offer their own interpretation of seasonally-inspired cuisine using locally-grown ingredients to complement a selection of Lambert Bridge wines.
The chef who will be cooking for May is Chef Mateo Granados, the Chef/Owner of Healdsburg’s Mateo’s Cocina. Yucatán-born Chef Granados is praised for his signature cuisine that showcases local and sustainable Sonoma ingredients infused with the vibrant regional flavors of his homeland. He will be cooking May 19 - 21.
Held in the winery’s private cellar and hosted by a Lambert Bridge wine educator, the Chef’s Table food and wine experience offers two seatings at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and takes approximately two hours.
Please make reservations with firstname.lastname@example.org. To see all the Chef’s Table Series events, please visit: lambertbridge.com/visit/events.
