Handline’s Summer Sustainability Series
The final event in Handline’s Summer Sustainability Series features conversations with TwoXSea’s Kenny Belov and Chef Natalie Goble of Handline. Co-Hosted by Lowell’s Restaurant and Local Food Matters Blog. Attendees will learn about McFarland Springs Trout - a farmed trout using a nearly pure vegetarian diet of algae and plant-based products. Discover how they developed a better system for farmed fishing that does not deplete other resources, is beneficial and produces delicious and nutritious product.
This new “Deep Dive” conversational series is hosted at Handline Coastal California's outdoor gathering space and paired with tastes from guest chefs, including Natalie Goble of Handline, whose menu highlights seafood dishes that champion locality and sustainability. The series is co-hosted by Lowell’s organic eatery showcasing Italian-inspired dishes made with local, sustainably-produced ingredients, much of which are grown at their Two Belly Acres Farm in Sebastopol.
