The Sonoma County Incentive Program offers group tour planners a cash incentive to book group business in Sonoma County hotels. Group Tour Planners who plan a total accumulative room nights staying in Sonoma County receive a cash payment to the hotel master account.

20 room nights is eligible for $500 cash incentive

35 room nights is eligible $750 cash incentive

50 room nights is eligible $1000 cash incentive

Offer Details:

• Eligibility based upon new proposals, originated by the SCTB for distribution to multiple properties booked for one or more nights.
• Cash incentive paid to master account upon arrival.
• Tours must actualize by December 31, 2012 with one or multiple night stay with minimum of 20 room nights.
• FIT programs not eligible for offer.
• Offer based upon one cash incentive per company for a single tour or series.
• The SCTB reserves the right to end the incentive program at any time.
