Pasterick Winery

3491 West Dry Creek Road
Healdsburg, CA 95448
Our focus is sustainable and impeccable hillside vineyard farming practices. Our challenge is to keep in check the vigorous Syrah vine and the wild Viognier vine. Our goal is to offer a memorable, complex, elegant, harmonious and balanced Syrah with a terrific beginning through the senses of sight and smell, a beautiful middle in the mouth, and a long rich concentrated finish.

By sustainable we mean balancing environmental sound, economically feasible and socially equitable practices that is a process of continuous improvement. In October of 2012 our vineyard was certified by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance stating that our vineyard adopted and implements sustainable winegrowing practices according to the industry's code of best practices and commits to a "process of continuous improvement" in these practices.

It is said, that Syrah without a hillside is like St. George without his Dragon. We are fortunate to have hillside property on West Dry Creek Road in breathtaking Dry Creek Valley. We've got our Dragon. Join us in a toast to Syrah.
