Freestone Vineyards was founded in 1999 by the Phelps family and management team of Joseph Phelps Vineyards when they purchased 100 acres of vineyard property in Freestone, CA. Today, with its state-of-the-art, gravity flow winemaking facility, the goal at Freestone is to produce world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that is regionally distinctive and authentically reflects the structure, balance and complexity of Sonoma Coast terroir.
