Planning a meeting in Sonoma County? Our lodging partners have been busy this year with renovations, room additions and even new development. Your meeting attendees will find new hotels in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park, additions to our Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country and Vintners Inn, renovations at our Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, and for a new experience, an Autocamp. Luxury Airstream "Glamping" in Northern California. AutoCamp is a new type of outdoor lodging experience unlike any other. Featuring 23 modern and luxurious Airstream accommodations, 10 canvas tents (seasonal), and one ADA cabin at this unique property in Guerneville, California. AutoCamp is inspired by the wanderlust of camping and the great American road trip. Enjoy the spirit of camping with the comfort of a luxury hotel. Gather with friends in the midcentury-modern clubhouse with fireplace and hot showers. Available for purchase in the clubhouse are local beers and wine, snacks, and camping essentials. The outdoor fire pit burns clean logs provided by the adventure desk. Enjoy quiet spaces for relaxing or borrow a beach cruiser to explore the redwoods. Located in a native redwood forest, with the Russian River nearby to swim or kayak. Picnic in a meadow in the afternoon sun. See the sunset at river's end! Wi-Fi throughout property.
The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa
The Fairmont has renovated 30 of its junior suites. Located in Sonoma with 226 guest rooms, four ballrooms, and a total of 22,000 square feet of meeting space, this luxury hotel provides an array of Wine Country-inspired venues for 10 to 400 guests.
Holiday Inn Windsor Wine Country is open for business
This new full-service hotel is open for business. It has 100 guestrooms, 2,200 square feet of meeting space that can be divided into three separate rooms, and a boardroom that can accommodate up to 15 guests. During your stay at the Holiday Inn, Sonoma Wine Country, the only difficult decision you have is which winery to visit first! Situated near 100 wineries and within seven miles of Santa Rosa and Healdsburg, this ideal location makes it your perfect wine country home. Wine enthusiasts can easily visit world-renowned wine appellations, including Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, and Chalk Hill. Accommodations are ideal for corporate visitors who can work easily from the hotel with free wireless Internet and a 24-hour business center. Corporate travel is a breeze, and the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) is conveniently located four miles from the hotel. After a full day, unwind in the indoor heated pool or keep up your workout regimen in the well-equipped fitness center.
The Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country
The Hyatt is close to completing their new addition and they are on schedule to open in September 2018. This addition will bring the total amount of guest rooms to 253. They also recently completed renovations on their 20,000 square feet of meeting space and all of their current guest rooms. The hotel is centrally located and just 30 minutes from the stunning Pacific coast. It is also within one block walking distance of historic downtown Railroad Square and a 10-minute drive to Kendall Jackson Wine Estate and Gardens and the Charles M Schulz Museum.
Oxford Suites, Rohnert Park
Opened in fall 2017, this 163-room full service property has nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 1,800 square feet of pre-function space. It offers a complimentary full breakfast buffet and complimentary cocktail reception with appetizers. Oxford Bistro & Lounge is open nightly from 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. and a nearby Starbucks is within walking distance. Complimentary high speed, wireless Internet acces; STS airport shuttle available from 7 a.m.-11 p.m. Free parking and special assist suites available.
Vintners Inn (John Ash & Co.)
This hotel is ideal for corporate work retreats – truly a luxurious oasis. Situated on 92 acres of vineyards in the Russian River Valley, it is just 60 miles north of San Francisco in the heart of wine country. It is scheduled to complete its 34 guest room addition this September. The Inn will boast a total of 78 guest rooms. The conference center can accommodate meetings with up to 300 participants, and receptions of up to 500 guests.
