Sonoma County is well known as one of the perfect small meetings destinations in Northern California. Home to more than 400 wineries, many offer private and unique event spaces that are perfect for business groups, meetings, receptions and elaborate dinners. More than just a regular hotel ballroom, these venues can create memories for a lifetime.
If you are looking for a winery that can hold a larger event for more than 100 people as well, here are a few options that will keep your attendees feeling both at home and inspired for success:
The Twin Fir Room at Martin Ray Winery creates the perfect setting for your corporate meeting or private event. This unique event space offers the flexibility of several seating configurations starting with a 30 person boardroom table complete with audio and visual equipment. For larger groups, we can accommodate up to 125 people for a seated event or a standing reception for up to 200 attendees. The reclaimed redwood paneled room is lit by wall sconces and renaissance style chandeliers providing a rustic yet modern backdrop for your event. Your guests can also relax and enjoy the view of the gardens and vineyards from the patio or host an outdoor meal. The Twin Fir Room is the perfect venue for your special occasion.
The Barrel Room Sebastiani Winery is an extraordinary room lined by one of the largest collections of hand-carved barrels in the country, including a 60,000 gallon antique barrel. String lights float over guest tables creating the perfect ambiance for a dinner reception. Your group will enjoy award-winning wines and delicious culinary pairings provided by our catering partners. Seats up to 120 with a dance floor or 150 without a dance floor.
The Wine Cave at Benziger Family Winery nestles above the wine country village of Glen Ellen in one of the most beautiful locations in Sonoma Valley. It has a number of unique private event options that include a 27,000-square-foot wine cave with 1,600 square feet of banquet space that can accommodate 120 guests for lunch or dinner; a charming Wine Country barn with solid birch floors to host meetings, wine blending seminars, and meal functions for up to 120; and an outdoor terrace that can seat up to 220 amid beautiful gardens and a natural mountain landscape.
