RAMEN

Ramen Gaijin, Sebastopol

Given the name as "one of the best ramen spots in the North Bay", Ramen Gaijin is a small yet authentic ramen option in Sebastopol. Using local ingredients as a foundation for it's restaurant, their noodles are made in-house and they offer a seasonal menu of traditional ramen styles with the help of local farmer's produce. Yum!

The Taste of Tea, Healdsburg

This Healdsburg gem is not only a great bowl of ramen, but it is also an authentic experience. Imported teas from China, Japan, and Taiwan will start your experience at The Taste of Tea, followed by their delicious udon and ramen. They also cleanse their tea water with gemstones; how awesome is that?

Suite D Sonoma, Glen Ellen

Suite D is an event space in Sonoma, curated by the same team from the girl & the fig to bring great pop-up events and dining experiences. Every Wednesday at 5 p.m., their doors open for their "Ramen Nights," and for just $15 you can get a side salad with one of their four ramens to choose from: Double Trouble, Spicy Tan Tan, Me-So Funghi Happy, or Cloudy Day.

Persimmon, Healdsburg

Persimmon has a great fusion-fresh menu based on bold traditional flavors that you'll love. They also have a great happy hour, 4-6 p.m. daily. Pictured below is their duck ramen.

Rainy day in wine country made better with crispy duck ramen (and wine).

PHO

Kettles Vietnamese Bistro, Santa Rosa

Kettles refers to themselves as "farm-to-table-Vietnamese," a perfect description for a local Sonoma County resturant. None of their dishes have perservatives, and they even have options for the vegetarian, vegan and gluten free customers. Way to go, Kettles.

Goji Kitchen, Santa Rosa

Goji Kitchen is also another great, healthy option for pho and other Asian cuisine. They even use non-GMO cooking oils in all their foods, and are proud of it. They have a large selection of different phos, and you can even 'build your own' with their fresh ingredients to make your perfect bowl.

Pho Vietnam – Santa Rosa

Pho Vietnam has a ton of different flavored pho to choose from, and is easily one of the best-priced soup bowls on this roundup. For about $6, you can have a full tasty noodle dinner here.

Simmer Vietnamese Kitchen, Petaluma

Simmer is found in Petaluma and has affordable prices and tasty dishes. They also have a happy hour Monday-Friday, 3-5 p.m., with regular-size pho being only $5. (Steak, meatball, chicken, or vegetable available.) The chef also adds a happy hour special each day, so be sure to ask to see what it might be.

Pho you.

Simply Vietnam – Santa Rosa

Simply Vietnam owner Chef Be Nguyen makes sure to master the three tenants of Vietnamese food cooking styles: crunchy, salty, and sweet. And we believe it. I mean, look how delicious this dish looks.
