What’s SUP in Sonoma County?

SUP Yoga with The Yoga Post in Collaboration With the Float House

Whether paddling on the river, doing yoga or catching waves on the ocean, a Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) can be meditative, calming, core-strengthening, balance-building and most of all, fun!

A SUP is also a great way to explore the beautiful nature Sonoma County has to offer and gives a different perspective to the area.

There is a wide variety of SUP offerings in Sonoma County, from lessons to private group excursions or simply renting a board to explore on your own. Here are the best SUP facilitators in Sonoma Wine Country:

How about some SUP yoga? Rubicon Adventures also offers SUP yoga classes on the Russian River throughout the summer.

The company can also be hired for private events and groups.
