On Thanksgiving Day, guests at Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg will be able to craft their own three-course prix fix menu that includes a range of main course options including but not limited to Blackened Diver Scallops with roasted honey nut squash, almond-parsnip purée, fermented currants, gooseberry-shallot compote; Smoked Country Ham Pork Loin with fennel pollen cauliflower, sunchoke emulsion, hazelnut-chicharron crunch, palmer estate yuzu-honey glaze; and Classic B&N Ranch Turkey with sweet potato shepherd’s pie, traditional stuffing and orange-cranberry chutney giblet gravy.
