We didn't have a big budget or a ton of space, but with a lot of help from many very talented people (you know who you are, and we can't thank you enough) we were able to create a unique little brewery that we hope is not only a great place to hang out but also positively represents West County's independent spirit.
KEEPING IT FRESH (LITERALLY) We have sixteen taps and we plan on keeping the beers that flow from them constantly changing and evolving. Down the road we may settle on a few permanent styles, but for now we want to explore, experiment, brew for the season, and mostly have fun by keeping it fresh and creative.
