At Steele & Hops, we House Smoke, House Grind, House Pickle, Hand Cut, Make From Scratch, and even home brew. Right Here. All of our dressings, sauces, dredges, doughs, and soups are made in-house. And our 750 degree brick oven makes insanely good pizzas.
Our beer? It’s part local part global. We’re committed to craft beer from around the corner and around the world, celebrating the best of Santa Rosa’s storied brewing scene and honoring a few of our international favorites. Our beer list gives guests an opportunity to order something comfortable or adventurous. We don’t constrict ourselves to one region or style. We brew in house too.

Our Purveyors? We use Niman Ranch Beef, house ground here for our burgers and chilis. All of our smoked meats come from here in our kitchen. And we feature as many local producers as possible including Petaluma Farms Poultry, Franco-American Bread, and SpringHill Cheeses. We grow veggies and serve up home grown goodness in as many of our dishes as we can.
