Fees and Taxes
Please be advised that upon acceptance of our Rental Agreement, we charge full payment for the entirety of Guest’s reservation.

This includes fees and taxes as follows:
Sea Ranch Home Owners Association Guest Fee (non-owner) is an added 3.5% of the base rent plus housekeeping fee
Housekeeping Fee: $350
12 % Sonoma Taxes (TOT) on the full rate
Pet fee: $80/dog up to 2
