For one evening only, the Dining Journey will be dedicated to caviar and truffles - two of nature's purest expressions of umami indulgence. Join us for this decadent evening celebrating the return of white truffle season with a nine-course menu by Chef Douglas Keane and Pastry Chef Josh Gaulin.
Begin in the Bubbles Lounge with canapés; progress to the Kitchen Table for personal interaction with the chefs as you enjoy your first courses around the U-shaped communal counter; adjourn to your own table in the dining room and relish in the remainder of the menu. A coda in the secretive Chocolate Room caps off the night. Sommelier Cyrus Schultz complements the menu with a stellar beverage pairing worthy of these star ingredients.
