Spritz Pop Up with Portalupi Wine & Guiso Latin Fusion

Portalupi Wine and Guiso Latin Fusion are teaming up again to bring you a night of seriously good eats and perfectly paired wines. As two family-owned businesses right here on the Healdsburg Plaza, we love working with our neighbors—especially when it’s with Chef Carlos Mojica from Guiso. If you’ve ever had his food, you know the feeling is mutual! Our love for Guiso runs deep.

We collaborate with Chef Carlos to design a new menu that pairs effortlessly with our wines. This time around, we’re adding something extra—our Spritz Bar! Choose from a refreshing Spritz made from Portalupi Hibiscus and Orange Liquore and our 2021 Arrossire di Barbera, Methode Champenoise. Or, if you prefer to sip something classic, grab a bottle of your favorite Portalupi wine to complement the night’s bites.

This Month’s Menu:
Cubano Sandwich: Pulled mojo pork with roasted ham, spiced mustard, homemade pickles, Swiss cheese on a homemade bun.

Pasteles de Papa: Potato and mushroom, empanada with curtido slaw, ají amarillo aioli.
