Live Like a Visitor and enjoy the sights, sips, bites, and beauty of Sonoma County! In celebration of National Travel & Tourism Week (May 1-7), Sonoma County Tourism invites residents to experience Sonoma County like visitors do.
The first 100 individuals to complete the experience will receive a Sonoma County North Face beanie made from recycled yarn. All participants who finish will be entered to win an amazing Sonoma County staycation!
The winner of the Live Like A Visitor staycation package (valued at $1,500) will enjoy a two night stay at the trendy boon hotel + spa, a luxurious spa experience at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, a tasting of world-class wines at Coursey Graves, a dining certificate to Easy Rider, and a one-year Sonoma County Regional Parks membership.

Go to the "Experiences" category and find the “Live Like a Visitor” experience. Between the dates of May 1-7, visit at least five of the businesses, attractions, or activities listed.
At each location, ask an employee for the “Live Like a Visitor” code, which you’ll submit in the app to log your visit. Be sure to enter the code into the app after each visit to verify your stop.
No purchase is required. Experience and learn all that you can while you are there!
Once you have visited five participating locations between May 1-7, you will see a Trophy Badge appear in the app - that's it!

What to do at each location:
Participating businesses vary. Engagement with the business and getting the code will be different for each stop. This is a great opportunity to learn about and experience these gems in Sonoma County.
If it’s a restaurant, retail shop, winery, or similar establishment, be sure to check with either a server, customer service, or tasting room team member.
If it’s a park, lodging property, or other type of experience/activity, be sure to check in with the front desk or attendant at the entrance.
