The Stuff of Dreams...Beautifully Updated Riverfront Home, Woodstove, River Views, Fenced Yard, *Seasonal (July-Aug) Dock and Boats. Walk to Playground. Short Drive to Downtown Guerneville, Wine Tasting, Redwoods, Golf. WIFI. Keyless Entry. Dog OK!
The entry to this home is up a set of steps one level. The kitchen and living area are open to each other. One bedroom and a bathroom open off the living area. Towards the back of the house, the kitchen opens to a family room with dining area. The master suite bedroom with full bath open from this room, along with the upper level deck and outdoor dining. Stairs lead to the lower level, where there's a bedroom and a half bath. There's also access to the lower deck. Steps lead down to the landscaped garden, lawn, and patio with seasonal firepit. There's a gate to the steps that lead to *seasonal dock. House is approx. 1700sf.
