Nestled in the hills of Santa Rosa, CA is our lovely historic Gump estate on 4.4 acres. Situated with 3 separate cottages. This unique property is a mix of traditional landscaping flanked by dense areas of trees. The property boasts a fruit orchard, lush lawns and the ultimate California indoor/outdoor living experience.

1-Main cottage has a grand high ceiling living room that is the prime spot for lounging and after dinner dance parties, in the winter you can cozy up with a roaring fire, and in summer the doors and windows can all be opened for the evening cross breeze. A quirky bathroom and walk-in pantry, plus a rustic kitchen that opens up to an outdoor dining and barbeque area finish off the main cottage living spaces.

2-The Master cottage is located across the patio from the main house kitchen. Enter through the original French doors to a luxurious room with wonderful bright light. It has a welcoming king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room.

3-The Guest cottage has 3 bedrooms. Just off the pool area you enter through a covered patio into what we call the “kids lanai”. This room has a long couch and flat screen smart tv. The perfect place away from the main cottage living area, so some of the group can tuck into bed at an earlier hour. The first bedroom has 5 twin beds, (the setup is 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed).
