An Adobe favorite and a delight for the senses is our Food & Wine Pairing - in partnership with the Consortio Group – a culinary endeavor by Chef James Nobel and owner Chef Abri Chavira. Sharing their love for farm-to-table, the Chefs work closely with local wineries and take advantage of the world-renowned agriculture wine country has to offer. Our Food & Wine Pairing is a guided private educational experience as you learn how curated dishes interact and enhance the key characteristics of our pinot noirs and chardonnays.
