Our seasonal Merroir tastings (inspired by marine + terroir) highlights our rugged and prominent Sonoma Coast. The Pacific Ocean plays an important role in our coastal sites and provides amazing bounties of the sea. This experience will immerse your senses discovering our diverse coastline. Our hosts will take you through an flight of our single-vineyard Chardonnays intentionally paired with three types (six total) of fresh oysters, provided by our partners at El Dorado Kitchen. This seasonal pairing is a perfect way to experience the Adobe and expand your palate.
