Root 101 explores our unique 1,000 Miles of Pinot concept, inviting guests to understand diversity in terroir while pairing each of the single-vineyard Pinot Noir wines wines with small bite. As WALT's flagship tasting experience, guests will embark on an educational '1,000 Miles' journey up and down the West Coast by way of the vineyard source for each wine. The flight of Pinots each are paired with carefully-curated seasonal bites by notable local Chef, Bryan Jones – truly a farm-to-table culinary pairing offering.
