The aircraft you will be riding in is a beautifully restored 1926 Travelair biplane which seats two adult passengers plus the pilot. It is one of the rarest and best examples of the Golden Age of Aviation and is the aircraft that Captain Bob is most proud of in his collection. The Travel Air Manufacturing Company was formed in 1925 by three young, soon-to-be aviation icons: Clyde Cessna, Walter Beech and Lloyd Stearman. It was a premier passenger aircraft and was well respected for it's rugged dependability. Please allow Captain Bob to share with you the pure joy of open cockpit flying at its finest. It's an experience you will never forget!
