We do accept weddings in January for the current year only. We reserve all space until then for the use of our workshops and groups.
We only take weddings through our wedding package deal. The base cost is $20,000 for Friday 2 pm thru Sunday 2 pm.
We include the use of portable toilets out at the view point, staffing of the bar at agreed upon hours, all lodging, and food for up to 40 people per meal. The reception meal is not included.
Parking is limited to 30 cars. This usually means a shuttle will likely need to be provided by you to bring guests up the hill.
We also include up to 20 people to come on Thursday for set up, decorating, rehearsal, etc. They can stay the night, but no food is provided until Friday dinner.
Staff to do set up, move tables, chairs, cleanup, etc. is not included. That is up to you provide help for what you need.
We are a rustic facility in the woods, so if you aren’t planning for that, you probably will not want to book here.
Full capacity in the summer is 60 people.
To inquire about booking your wedding at Wildwood, please email us at: [email protected] or call 707-632-5200.
Tours must be by appointment only and are done only when we don’t have a group of guests using the property.
