Catelli's - Burrata and Prosciutto
Catelli's was originally opened in Geyserville around 1936 by Italian immigrants Santi and Virginia Catelli. The restaurant was originally known as Catelli’s "The Rex" (the "king" as translated from Latin). Third generation Catellis and siblings, Domenica and Nicholas Catelli, are now co-owners. Located in Geyserville in Sonoma County, the menu highlights ingredients from local and organic farmers as well as over 100 local wines.

Spaghetti with Bernier Farms broccolini, Catelli's house-made sausage, garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese

Pesto Chicken Sandwich
Pesto marinated chicken breast, caramelized onions, burrata cheese & lemon aoili served on toasted sourdough with french fries

Chicken Saute Sec'
Lillian's organic boneless chicken thighs pan seared with white wine, garlic, Duncan's crimini mushrooms served over creamy polenta and sauteed local greens

Third Course (choose one):
Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta. Served with blood orange & basil

Chocolate Budino
Chocolate Italian pudding with caramel & Maldon sea salt
