Celery root soup*: spring garlic pistou, toasted pine nuts GF. *Add pan seared sea scallop for $8 each

Pickled golden beets: whipped Kite Hill almond milk ricotta, arugula, verjus dressing, toasted almonds GF V

Potato gnocchi & spinach: shrimp bisque sauce, shaved parmesan

Pan seared gulf prawns*: sautéed dino kale, rutabaga purée, spicy herb garlic butter sauce.* Add crispy pork belly for $9

Achiote spiced boneless beef short ribs: roasted cauliflower with chili and lime, cumin infused quinoa GF

Curry crusted tempeh: saffron-basmati rice pilaf, broccoli di ciccio florets, pomegranate sauce GF V

Chocolate blackout cake: pretzel toffee, malted anglaise

Buttermilk panna cotta: tangerine curd, pistachio brittle, tangerine macaron

Cuisine Description: Our approach to food is "Farm to Table", using the freshest, seasonal offerings the county has to offer. In addition to our 3 gardens on the property, we have apple, quince, peach and pear trees as well as 80 fig and over 250 olive trees. We also grow our own micro greens for use on the restaurant menu.
