Located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, La Rosa Tequileria & Grille features contemporary Latin flavors along with all the traditional classics you come to expect from a great Mexican restaurant. We are home to over 160 premium tequilas and several outstanding fresh squeezed margaritas. We offer tequila flight tastings daily and are eager to guide you through the wonderful world of the agave.

We are firm believers in the philosophy that dining out should be more than just a good meal; it should be an all-around great experience. Appetizer:
4 Chile Wings
Sautéed with garlic and red chiles. Ranch on the side.

Papas Bravas
Twice cooked fingerling potatoes topped with sliced jalapeños,
queso fresco and cilantro. Served with smoked paprika aioli.

Smoked Yellowtail Aguachile
3 chile agua, radish, red onion, sea salt, serranos and red peppers

Wild Mushroom Quesadilla
Warm flour tortilla stuffed with wild mushrooms, spinach,
roasted tomatoes and a roasted red pepper goat cheese.
Served with avocado tomatillo salsa.

Entrée:
Al Pastor Torta
Bbq pork, grilled pineapple, ham, white cheeses, lettuce, tomato and avocado.

Carnitas
Fresh carnitas made daily served with guacamole, salsa
fresca, spicy salsa and warm corn or flour tortillas.

Portabello Wrap
Portobello mushrooms with a roasted red pepper spread,
mixed greens, zucchini, yellow squash and goat cheese
wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Taco Salad (Grilled Veggies or Chicken) add steak or shrimp plus + 3
Large flour tortilla shell filled with romaine lettuce, black
beans, salsa fresca, sour cream, guacamole, mixed cheeses,
and cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

Tequila Shrimp
Mild Guajillo chiles, sliced garlic, and roasted tomato sauce
sautéed with Milagro Silver tequila and shrimp. Served on a
bed of jalapeño-cilantro rice.

Beef Short Rib Chile Colorado
Slow braised boneless beef short ribs in a traditional New
Mexican chile sauce and topped with pickled red onions.
Served with black beans and jalapeño-cilantro rice.

Roasted Veggie Enchilada
Spinach tortilla topped with grilled red pepper cream sauce.
Served with black beans and salad.
