Our story begins in northern Hungary where Krisztian learned to make his first dish from his mother. She is the one who gave him inspiration to become a Chef and ignited his passion for culinary excellence. For decades, Krisztian worked in some of the finest kitchens around the world, from Japan to Jamaica.
Tisza Bistro is located within the heart of the Sonoma’s wine country and integrates simple and sophisticated, classic yet new concepts. The cuisine at Tisza reflects a seamless fusion of old world charm and modern elegance while showcasing Krisztian’s own culinary style and inspirations from around the globe.
The same way as the Tisza river flows and twists through the Hungarian landscape, we blend our ingredients from the local farms of Sonoma County with our deeply rooted culinary heritage and love of food.
