Here at Sift, we pride ourselves on our knack for creating really fun desserts! We use all-natural flavors, high quality ingredients and as many local purveyors as possible (Clover butter, eggs and dairy, Lagunitas beer, C&H sugar, Purfect Puree-fruit from Napa, we also use organic dark chocolate, yum! We battled in Food Network's Cupcake Wars...and won!

  Yes we were here on a Sunday afternoon. That may have something to do with it. But it shouldn't...We bought 4 different cupcakes and all of them were dry and just fell apart. Frostings were crunchy...
