Chef Sal is the ruler of the roost, and makes our dredge with lime leaves and Korean chili flakes to give our crispy, free-range organic fried chicken a smokey tang. Our sandwich flock includes the signature Wild Bird, the plant-based Veggie Bird, and the grilled and lettuce-wrapped, Beach Bird.
