We raise our own meat, bake our own bread, ferment our own pickles, and that bacon your eating for brunch? yeah we made that too. Wishbone is a place where we never stop learning how to preserve and share bounty. Our style is playful and inventive and we don't bother limit ourselves to a single creative source of inspiration. From Japan to Ohio, we celebrate it all. Chefs Miriam Donaldson & Joshua Norwitt have been working the dirt and the stoves in Petaluma since 2006 and are pleased as punch to bring you the best our beautiful town has to offer.
