The weekend of December 1 and 2, Bodega Bay will be celebrating this tasty crustacean. Local chefs will be cooking up some great Dungeness crab. The fleet of charter boats are ready to take you out for a great time fishing, with everything you need if you want to crab fish from our local shores. Bring your boat and use a local boat ramp.
Stay for the weekend in one of the lovely coastal Inns, Lodges, Rental Homes or bring your RV or tent and camp in one of the many coastal RV & Campgrounds. The coastal towns of Bodega Bay, Jenner, Fort Ross, Bodega, Freestone, and Valley Ford welcome you! Bring the coast to your home through art, photography, and gifts to decorate your home. The Sonoma Coast is home to talented artists and photographers and shops with new and vintage goods all celebrating coastal life.
Dungeness Crab season runs from November 2017 until about June 2018 off the Sonoma coast, and winter is always the time to go wild for these crustaceans. During this season you can come to the area to catch or eat Dungeness crab and or eat Dungeness crab.
