The program, directed by Randy Masselink, includes a wide spectrum of nautically-themed works, ranging from the rousing, mariachi-inspired El Arco de Los Cabos through lively music from Disney Pictures’ The Little Mermaid and Pirates of the Caribbean to the inspiring Victory at Sea by Richard Rogers.

Two Performances:

Sunday, May 6, 3 p.m. in Healdsburg. Free Admission

Friday, May 11, 7:30 p.m. in Cloverdale. $10 Admission, benefitting the Cloverdale CARE Foundation. This concert will also feature the Cloverdale High School Wind Ensemble and Coro de Paz, Cloverdale’s community peace choir for children.

The Healdsburg Community Band is all-volunteer, comprised of about 50 local musicians who get together for the joy of making music and serving the community. The not-for-profit organization supports music at Healdsburg High School with scholarships equipment purchases, including an annual concert benefitting the Healdsburg Education Foundation.
