Trione Winery's annual pig roast winemaker dinner is August 11 from 4-9 p.m. Mark Trione has gone up to Flatridge Ranch and harvested the perfect wild hog to share!


New this year: bring your A-game and play a little bocce in the vineyards! The evening starts court-side with wine and appetizers and continues in the old stone building for a beautiful wine-paired dinner.


Enjoy wild and domestic pigs that were cooked in a La Caja China by the culinary crew at Peloton Culinary & Catering. You will enjoy market inspired fixings to pair with the tender, delicious pork while sipping on special release wines, barrel samples and more. The chefs at Peloton will create a seasonal menu of sides to pair with Trione wines and the delicious pork.


Seating is limited and this event will sell out. Reserve your seats today! $125 per person for wine club members and $165 for non-club. This is a family-style wine dinner, vegetarians will be able to enjoy enough food without eating the pork.
