Slow Dinner on the Farm
Join Slow Food Sonoma County for a farm-to-table dinner under the trees on the Bernier family’s home farm. Meet some local farmers and enjoy a sumptuous meal created from local and sustainable ingredients!
Come for appetizers, wine, a convivial sit-down dinner, and live music. Stay for stories from down on the farm: Rebecca Bozzelli (Lantern Farm, Cloverdale), Kelly Osman (Oz Family Farm, Valley Ford), and Joey Smith (Let’s Go Farm, Santa Rosa).
Appetizers : Spring garlics, radishes, paté, and marinated eggs
Entrée: Spring lettuces with roasted beets and goat cheese, Grilled Oz Family Farm rabbit served on farro, Medley of baby spring vegetables
Dessert: Strawberry shortcake with whipped cream and candied Meyer lemon rind
