Timber Cove Father's Day BBQ
On Sunday, June 17, gather in the Ansel Adams Room and deck to enjoy a delicious all you can eat BBQ.
Coast Kitchen Executive Chef Paulo Mendoza will be grilling up classics like Pork Ribs topped with tamarind glaze, and BBQ Tri Trip with chimichurri, along with unique dishes like Ceviche Tostada and Kimchee Hotdog with spicy mayo. Sides include Bourbon Peach BBQ Baked Beans and Grilled Corn with chipotle aioli.
While indulging in barbeque and beverages like adult root beer and ginger beer from Not Your Father’s, the Black Horse Blues Band will be playing from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. Lead vocalist Rick Parrish is related to a number of Timber Cove employees, and band members are members of several local Native American area tribes, making the entertainment that much more special to the resort.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Adult price is $55 per person, and children 12 and under are $20.
