Timber Cove Mother's Day Brunch
Coast Kitchen is offering an exclusive brunch menu on Mother’s Day Sunday, May 13 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu crafted by Executive Chef Paulo Mendoza, who’s helmed the kitchen alongside award-winning Richard Sandoval and Top Chef Brian Malarkey over the years, offers creative dishes such as the Poached Egg in a Jar with Nueske’s Bacon complemented with Truffle Mash, as well as traditional favorites like the Dungeness Crab Benedict. Small dishes like a Grilled Artichoke or a Greek Yogurt parfait with House-Made Granola and Fresh Berries will be featured. Be sure to accompany your meal with a celebratory “Fleur pour ma Mere” Martini or a sparkling Kir Royal to give mom the toast she deserves.
