Join the Inn at the Tides for a Winemaker Dinner with Comstock Wines at the Bay View Restaurant, with veteran Winemaker Chris Russi.
The evening’s menu begins with Grilled Gulf Prawns paired with Comstock’s Viogner, a full-bodied aromatic white wine with a lush, soft character from the Russian River Valley. The second course presents Seared King Salmon paired with Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, followed by Grilled Rack of Lamb served with a Dry Creek Valley 2015 Merlot. The dinner’s elegant finish is a Himalayan Salted Chocolate Tart with an Amarena cherry and Dry Creek Valley 2013 Zinfandel.
Bob and Sandy Comstock began growing grapes in Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley in 2002. Inspired by passion to grow and source only the best Sonoma County grapes and transform them into wines as delicious as they are memorable, their dream became a reality in 2012 when the perfect 17-acre vineyard in Dry Creek Valley became available to create their boutique winery. Winemaker Chris Russi helped to design and create the very special place called Comstock Wines that opened in 2015.
