Fiber Circle Studio
Fiber artists from new to expert can find all the resources, tools, knowledge, and equipment they need at the new Fiber Circle Studio in Cotati, in central Sonoma County.
Fiber Circle Studio offers fiber-related workshops and equipment in the areas of weaving, spinning, fiber processing, sewing, dyeing, knitting, crocheting, and felting, in a place of community, support, and inspiration. Recent workshops included Ladies Night Out (Woven Pendant Necklace), Dye + Spin Silk Hankies, Soap Making – Cold Process, Learn to Crochet, and a Fiber Art Kids Camp.
Founder Alisha Reyes has been actively involved in the knitting industry since 2008. She has studied every aspect of the creative process from start to finish, including doing a farm work exchange to learn the basics of fiber processing and spinning, learning pattern designing, and working and teaching at her local yarn shop. She set up Fiber Circle Studio to help others who want to evolve in their creative journey.
