Papapietro Perry Winery turns 20 with sparkling wine
With a label harking back to its founding 20 years ago in the owners' garage, Papapietro Perry Winery celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2018 with a special release of its first and only sparkling wine.
Papapietro Perry Winery specializes in small lots of handcrafted, single-vineyard designate Pinot Noir and Zinfandel produced using grapes from the Russian River, Anderson, and Dry Creek Valleys. They also produce a limited amount of Chardonnay and Rose of Pinot Noir.
Crafted using the centuries-old "methode Champenoise" process, their 20th Anniversary Celebration Sparkling Brut is 70 percent Chardonnay and 30 percent Pinot Noir ($70, with a three bottle limit).
