Wind & Rye Kitchen celebrates all aspects of food

Owners Laci and Travis Sandoval created Wind & Rye Kitchen in the belief that few things are more intimate than food, and that sharing a meal together nourishes our bodies and feeds our souls. Wind & Rye is dedicated to the personal relationship we all have with food through the ritual of eating on special occasions and in our daily lives.
They offer farm-to-table meals and create custom wedding cakes with local, seasonal ingredients, placed on one-of-a-kind handmade glass cake stands. Recent classes include a Date Night Cooking Class for Two, Charcuterie and Sausage Making, Nourishing Stocks and Bone Broths, Nourishing the Family, Fermentation Series — Kimchi, Cooking with Mushrooms, and Fish Butchery and Cooking Techniques.
